It consistsof metal expander, oil conservator, mainbody and otheraccessories. The primary coil is U-shape, the main insulation usescapacitor type oilpaper, usethe high voltage cable paper to wrap the core of primary coil, and set up several main shields among it.The secondary coil is set up at the lower part of primary coil; thewhole main body is fixed in the oil tank. Thereis a bushing at upperpart of oil tank, and an oil conservator is set up on top of bushing, theprimary wire is leadout via the hole of oil conservator, the seriesparallelswitching operation is carried out outside the oilconservator.Use a stainless steel expander as the oil compensation device toensure oil quality. Oil level isindicated by the pointer at the upper window of expander.A nameplate showing the technical data and a description plate showing the coils arrangement schematicdiagram are setup on the oil tank. There are four holes or lifting blocks on the under-frame for hoisting theproduct, and an oil-discharge valveand earthing bolts at bottom of oil tank.The product can have five or six secondary coils, the secondary measurement coil is made by microcrystallinealloy withhigh magnetic conductivity, thus can ensure that the measurement precision reaches up to 0.2 gradeor 0.2S grade.The secondary terminal has limit and double sealing functions. The outlet box is made by stretching wholly; it iselaborateand practical. The oil tank is carried out surface treatment; it is bright and durable.Complete transformer is fully sealed.
